1. What is your professional/educational background?

Kim holds over 20+ years of professional experience in the finance and real estate industry. She has served with the Westerville Chamber Women in Business, United Way of Licking County and Toastmasters International. She is a graduate of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and has served the Gahanna/New Albany area AmSpirit Business Connections Chapter. She is an active volunteer in the community and loves to help others succeed.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

To help other people with their real estate goals and dreams.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

We live in Gahanna and love visiting Creekside and walking the trails.

4. How do you spend your free time?

Playing board games with the family or taking walks.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My phone, my vehicle, my house, my pets and family.

Jeff and his wife Kim are the best Realtors I have ever worked with (and I have bought/sold many homes). Most realtors will do their job well, but Jeff and Kim will far surpass any expectations you may have. Besides being realtors, Jeff knows construction, and Kim knows banking, so they will help with every single aspect of choosing, negotiating, and buying/selling a house. They are beyond full service - I needed some things done to this house before I moved in, and Jeff helped get it all set up and done right and on-time. I needed help with the lenders, and Kim took care of it. They will take care of everything - above and beyond.

If you are looking for a team to help you find your perfect home quickly and with ease, then you need to work with Kim and Jeff Christensen. From the day I called her and told her that I was ready to start looking for my forever home, to the day that I closed was a total of approximately six weeks. My home came to me so fast that I couldn’t believe it when she called me and said “Congratulations, you’re in contract”. From that point on everything ran so smoothly that the next thing I knew was that I had keys in hand. Kim and Jeff not only help you find your home, but they also provide you with reliable referrals for your every need as it relates to any and all updates/changes, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.. I don’t plan to purchase another home any time soon, but if and when I do, I will definitely go back to Kim and Jeff Christensen for their flawless experience in the business of Real Estate!!! I couldn’t have done it without them!!! Oh, by the way, my home is PERFECT!!!

Jeff and Kim were the best agents we could have asked for. They both went above and beyond in their efforts to help us find the right home for our growing family. Kim was attentive and always responded to texts promptly and would send us homes that we might consider. With Jeff's background, he could answer any questions we had regarding the construction of the house and any external and internal concerns. Their team works quickly and efficiently and we were able to get our house under the asking price. They are partnered with Homes for Heroes which allowed us to get a generous portion of their commission in return for being healthcare workers. Don't look anywhere else! These guys are amazing!

Jeff (and Kim) are incredibly attentive and patient. Jeff is extremely thorough when walking a home to check for any items that could be areas of concern or noting items that make a house extra special. They are always available to answer questions and schedule showings. Communication is NEVER an issue. We began our search from out of state and Jeff made detailed video walkthroughs of houses for us to review before we were living in area to walk houses in person.He took into account any questions we had or notes we gave him on each property. Jeff is a friendly, knowledgeable person who makes house hunting fun.

Such a great team! Jeff and his wife, Kim are very knowledgeable of the industry. They guided my husband and I from beginning to end and helped make it as stress-free as possible. From giving us a list of to-dos at our first initial meeting, hiring a cleaner to clean prior to our open house and watering flowers on a very hot day to keep them looking beautiful for showings- Jeff and Kim went above and beyond. Plus, their line of communication and responsiveness are outstanding! I could always get ahold of Kim, and when she was busy, she would simply let me know, but she would always circle back with me. I highly recommend!

Jeff and Kim worked with us for months trying to find the right house in a volatile market. Both Jeff and Kim's expertise shined throughout the whole process.I admire both of them for maintaining a level head in this housing market and ensuring we weren't settling.I really don't feel like we ended up over-paying for our home.
